Conditions for Return of eligible products
You may return an unused product purchased at www.hedivapes.com within
the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following
*All non-eligible products must be cancelled within 3 days of purchase.
*You must include all original packaging in like-new condition.
*You must include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused, and like-new condition.
*You must include the product/s in undamaged, unused, and like-new condition.
*You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.hedivapes.com within the above return period.
*All Non-Eligible Products are usually Limited Lifetime Warranty products and are clearly labelled(*Non-Eligible) in the Product Description/Listing.
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
*Contact HediVapes Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that
your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate
return address for the item. You must pay shipping for the return package. You
must include the product/s and all required items listed above in the section,
“Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to
be returned, price paid, and date of purchase.
*Ship the package at your local USPS drop-off location.
*Please include insurance for the value of the products, If not insured and damaged in transit, We will not be held liable.
hedivapes.com will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused, returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above.
